Xeset - Houay Tapoung Power Sole Co., Ltd has been set up in March 2013, regulations of the Lao PDR. Permit No. 477/EM.SLV, dated on March 21, 2013. Enterprise registration certificate No. 084/ERC, dated on March 26, 2014. Tax Payment Identity Certificate No. 0965/TD.SLV, dated on March 27, 2013. For business on Xeset - Kaengsan Hydropower Dam construction to generate and distribute electricity to consume within the country, period of concession is 30 years and can be renewable in accordance with the law on investment promotion No. 02/NA, done on July 8, 2009, but it should not over 90 years, it has been signed purchasing electricity with Electricity du Laos on December 19, 2013 which was divided into two phases such as the first 12 years that the company has been archieved its breakeven point with unit price of selling is 6.5 cent per Kv, after that the 13th year, the unit price will be 5.79 cents per Kv until the 30th year, commercial operation date (COD) is expected at thenend of 2022 or at the beginning of 2023.
